"She is looking for an aerial view. An aerial view is not the whole story, it's a gloss, an abstract, a beautiful, beautiful summary. In the end, she died as most of us do, absolutely still, earthbound."

I've always loved photographing details. That's what got me started. I've also learned to take a few step backs. Admire a view, be one with the landscape of life. When I'm lost for words, I express through photographs. It's a safety blanket that also breaks me - the breakage comes from being consumed by achingly beautiful subjects - because moments are fleeting, and you can't have it all. But in a lifetime, maybe that's all you need...

everything that has been photographed,

in your lifetime.
